The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is charged with primary responsibility for enforcing the Fair Housing Act (FHA). The Delaware Division of Human and Civil Rights is substantially equivalent to HUD in investigating charges of housing discrimination in Delaware.
